Exchanges
- To exchange your ticket, you must contact the bus company directly.
- You must contact them no later than 2 hours before your trip.
- To exchange your ALSA ticket, please call +34919497069 or request an exchange via their website.
Boarding requirements
- To board you must provide your ALSA reference number and your photo ID.
- This must be the same ID you used to make your booking.
- If you are travelling internationally, you must print your ticket.
Seat selection policy
- Some services offer seat selection when booking.
- If it is available on your trip, you can follow these instructions to select your seat before you pay for your ticket.
- Once you select your seats, you cannot change them.
Travelling with children
- Children aged 16 and under can travel alone in specific situations.
- In these cases, you must buy a ticket directly with ALSA.
- Children aged 0-3 only pay 50% of the regular price.

- When booking on ALSA's website, you must tick the box for travelling with your pet on the 2nd step of the booking.
- The cost of travelling with your pet is 50% of a regular ticket.

Cancellations and refunds
- BlaBlaCarBus tickets cannot be cancelled via Busbud.
- If you want to cancel your BlaBlaCarBus trip, you will receive a BlaBlaCarBus credit that you can use exclusively on BlaBlaCarBus' website.
- To cancel your trip with BlaBlaCarBus, you have to enter your booking reference and email here.
- You will then be able to cancel your booking and receive a BlaBlaCarBus credit.
You can only cancel your BlaBlaCarBus booking up until 30 minutes before your trip.
Exchanges
- You can only exchange your ticket directly with BlaBlaCarBus, by logging in with your booking reference and email here.
- You can only change the departure date/time of your trip.
