🔁 Changes and Cancellations

Alberta Routes:

  • Changes: Allowed for a $15.75 fee if made before the scheduled departure time.Ebus
  • Cancellations: Fares are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missing a departure results in forfeiture of fare.

British Columbia Routes:

  • Changes: Permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure.Ebus

  • Cancellations: Fares are fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before departure.Ebus

  • Process: All changes and cancellations must be made by phone at 1-877-769-3287

🛄 Luggage Allowance

Included in Fare: Two complimentary pieces: one carry-on and one checked bag.

  • Carry-On: Must fit in the overhead bin.
  • Checked Bag: Stored in the under-coach compartment.
