BlaBlaCar Bus Operations Update: Important Information

BlaBlaCar Bus (formerly Blablabus) has informed us that they are ceasing operations. As a result, the bus company has updated their terms regarding ticket cancellations and vouchers.

 

Key Changes to Cancellation Terms

If your ticket meets the required cancellation criteria, the following terms now apply:

• Voucher Reimbursement: Instead of cash refunds, passengers will receive a reimbursement in the form of a voucher.

• Validity Period: These vouchers are strictly valid for redemption and travel within the year 2026.

• Finality: Because BlaBlaCar Bus is shutting down, vouchers not redeemed by the end of 2026 will lose all value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

What does this mean for you?

• Redeem Early: We strongly recommend using your vouchers as soon as possible within the 2026 calendar year.

• Support: While Busbud facilitates the booking, these cancellation and voucher policies are set directly by BlaBlaCar Bus due to their cessation of activity.
