1. Eligibility
Refund to Credits is only available for:
- Fully refundable fares at the time of cancellation
Refund to Credits is not available for:
- Non-refundable fares;
- Partially refundable fares

Operator-initiated cancellations where an operator provides its own refund or credit remedy.
2. How It Works
- At the time of cancellation, you will be offered the option to:
- Receive a refund to your original payment method (subject to bank processing times, up to 10 business days), or
- Elect to receive the refund immediately as Busbud credits.
- If you select Refund to Credits, the full eligible refund amount will be issued instantly to your Busbud Wallet.

Your Busbud Wallet balance will be updated immediately and available for use on new bookings.
3. Value and Expiration
- Busbud credits will be issued in the same currency as your booking.
- Credits issued under Refund to Credits are valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance.

Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or refunded to the original payment method once issued.
4. Scope of Refund
- Refund to Credits covers only the value of the trip fare purchased through Busbud.

Taxes, booking fees, add-ons (including RFAR fees), or third-party services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
5. Limitations
- Choosing Refund to Credits is final and irrevocable. Once issued, credits cannot be converted back to a cash refund.
- In the event that your operator cancels a trip or provides an alternative refund/credit remedy, you agree that the operator’s remedy shall take precedence, and Busbud may not provide additional credits.

Busbud reserves the right to refuse or revoke credits if fraudulent activity, misuse, or abuse of the product is detected.
6. General Provisions
- Credits may be applied to any eligible Busbud booking until the expiry date.
- Expired credits will not be reinstated under any circumstance.
- Busbud reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the Refund to Credits product at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
