Refund Process for Cancelled Bookings
Once you cancel your booking through your Busbud account, you should typically receive your refund within a few business days, usually within 5 days. However, the processing time may vary depending on:
- Your Bank's Processing Speed: The time it takes for your bank to process the refund.
- Payment Method Used: The type of payment method you used when booking your ticket.
How Will I Receive My Refund?
The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used to book your ticket. Please note that we cannot send a refund to a different card or account. If you see the Busbud charge on your bank statement, you will see the refund on the same account.
