Where can I find my Busbud Rewards credits?

You can easily view your Busbud Rewards credits on your account page within the Busbud app. Just make sure you're logged in to your Busbud account, and your credits will be right there!

How to check your balance:

  1. Open the Busbud app on your mobile device.

  2. Navigate to your "Profile" section.

  3. Here, you will see your total credit balance and detailed information regarding your current membership status.

Understanding your balance

  • Credit Balance: This is the total amount of credits currently attributed to your account. Please note that this shows your total earnings, regardless of whether those credits are currently redeemable.

  • Unlock Progress: In this same view, you can see how many more bookings are required to "unlock" your next reward, as well as a notification when a reward is ready to be used.

  • Pending Credits: If you have an upcoming trip, the credits for that booking will not appear in your balance immediately. Your balance is automatically updated after you complete the trip.

Important details

  • Currency Fluctuations: To ensure a consistent experience for all travelers, Busbud Rewards credits are stored in USD. While they are displayed in your preferred local currency for convenience, you may notice slight fluctuations in the total balance due to changes in exchange rates.

  • App Exclusive: Currently, rewards and credit balances are only visible and manageable through the iOS and Android apps, not on the desktop website.
