Introducing Busbud Rewards, our global loyalty program that recognizes and rewards our valued customers while offering them the chance to discover more incredible destinations.

With Busbud Rewards, you earn credits every time you book a bus or train ticket on the Busbud app. You can also receive account credits through our Refund For Any Reason (RFAR) service. You can use these credits to unlock travel discounts and exclusive offers for your next adventure.

How it Works

Get the App: Download the Busbud app (available for iOS and Android).
Sign In: Create a Busbud account or log in before you book. If you don't already have an account, you can create one here (please ensure to sign up with the same email address used to book your tickets).
Earn Credits: Buy and use your tickets. Your credits are automatically assigned to your account once your trip is completed.
RFAR Credits: If you purchased a ticket with Refund For Any Reason, any resulting credits will be added directly to your account.
Redeem & Save: Credits are visible and redeemable at the checkout when booking your next trip on busbud.com or the app!. For standard rewards, once you have used five tickets, you can redeem your accumulated credits for a discount.
Level Up: The more you travel, the more you earn. Level up over time to receive a higher percentage of credits and unlock exclusive travel badges.
