Busbud Rewards is our app-exclusive loyalty program. If you are looking to redeem credits from a refund or our Refund For Any Reason (RFAR) service, please refer to our article on Busbud Account Credits which can be used on both the website and the app.

Where can I redeem Busbud Rewards?

Busbud Rewards credits can only be redeemed through the Busbud mobile app. They are not available for use on the busbud.com website at this time.

Steps to redeem your Rewards:

Open the Busbud App: Log in to your account on your iOS or Android device.
Search & Select: Choose the bus or train trip you want to book.
Checkout: Fill in your passenger details.
Apply Credits: After entering your billing information, look for the "Trip fare summary" section.
Click "Redeem credits": You will see a box with your available rewards balance. Simply click it to apply the discount to your trip total.
Confirm: Complete your booking, and your discounted tickets will be sent to your email!

Important Information

Application: Rewards credits apply directly to the cost of the ticket fare.
Expiration: Your Busbud Rewards credits are valid for one year from the date they are earned.
Eligibility: Ensure you have completed at least five trips to begin redeeming your accumulated loyalty rewards.
