Adding Passengers to an Existing Booking
Once you have purchased a ticket, it is not possible to add additional passengers to the existing booking. If you need to travel with someone else and have already bought your ticket, you will need to make a new booking.
Important Points to Note:
- If you book an additional ticket for someone else, we cannot guarantee that you will be seated together.
- Bookings consisting solely of children's tickets are not permitted.
What Can You Do?
If you want to travel with others and have a cancellable ticket, you have the option to cancel your current booking and make a new one:
- Cancel Your Booking: If your trip is cancellable, you can cancel your booking through your Busbud account.
- Make a New Booking: Book a new ticket for all passengers together (note that you can book up to 5 people in a single booking).
Please Be Aware: Cancellation fees may apply depending on the terms and conditions of your original booking.
