If you didn't get a confirmation email with your tickets, it's likely that your booking failed or that there was a mistake in the email address you entered while booking.

If you have received an error message and a failed booking email, you can try booking again. Here is an article with more information why your booking may have failed.

My booking was successful, but I didn't receive my ticket(s)

If your booking was successful, but you cannot find your confirmation email with your tickets, please follow these steps:

  • Check your Spam folder: Sometimes they may have been redirected to your spam folder. We recommend moving it to your inbox to make sure further communication or tickets are arriving correctly in your email inbox. 
  • Typo in your email: There may be a typo in the email address entered during the booking process that prevented your ticket(s) from being delivered. In this case, you can change your email from the confirmation page displayed after you made your booking, and resend your ticket(s) to the correct email address.
