Editing Ticket Details

Once a ticket is issued, we cannot change any of the details, including names.

If the Name is Completely Different: If there’s a significant discrepancy in the name, we recommend contacting the bus operator directly. You can find their contact information in your confirmation email.

I Made a Typo—Can I Correct My Name?

In most cases, a minor spelling mistake or a mix-up between your first and last name will not invalidate your ticket. However, we cannot guarantee acceptance if the details do not match the ID used at the time of booking.

If you’re unsure whether your ticket is valid, we suggest reaching out to the bus company directly for clarification.
