Once the ticket is generated, we can't edit any of the details, including the names.
If the name is completely different, then we would recommend contacting the operator of your trip you are travelling with directly. Their contact information can be found in your confirmation email.
I made a typo, can I correct my name?
In most cases, your ticket will still be valid if there is a simple spelling mistake, or if you have reversed your first and last name.
- We cannot guarantee that your ticket will be accepted for travel if the information entered does not match your ID used at the time of booking.
- If you have a doubt about if your ticket is valid, we suggest that you contact the bus company directly.
