Can I change the ID or passport number on my booking?
If you have entered the incorrect ID or passport number on your booking, we suggest that you:
- Contact the bus company you're travelling with to see if your ticket will be valid.
- Double check that the information you entered matches your travel ID.
Once you have booked a ticket, we cannot modify your travel information, this includes the travel document information you entered at the time of booking. Usually, if you entered your travel document information slightly incorrectly, such as one wrong number, your ticket will remain valid.
However, we cannot guarantee that the bus company operating your trip will allow you to board if the information is incorrect, especially if you are booked on an international trip.
