Editing Ticket Details

Once a ticket is issued, we cannot modify any of its details. If you have entered an incorrect ID or passport number, we recommend contacting the bus company you are traveling with to check if your ticket will still be valid. You can find their contact information in your confirmation email.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that the bus company will allow you to board if the information is incorrect, especially for international trips.
