Need a Receipt for Your Booking?

Of course! To request a receipt for your booking, please email us at support@busbud.com with the following details:

  • Booking Reference Number: Include the reference number from your booking.
  • Email Address: Provide the email address you used to book your tickets.

If you need a detailed invoice including your company’s information and Busbud’s tax number (CIF/NIF/VAT), please include this information in your request.

Request a detailed business/tax invoice (company details and tax ID)

We can issue a detailed invoice with your company information and our tax number when you provide the necessary billing details.

Information to include in your request:

  • Company legal name (as it appears on the registry)
  • Company registered billing address (street, city, postal code, country)
  • Company tax identification number (e.g., VAT, CIF, NIF, NIP, TVA)
  • Email address for invoice delivery
  • Booking reference(s)
  • Travel date(s) and passenger name(s)
  • Total amount and currency (optional, helpful for verification)
  • Any custom notes you require on the invoice (optional)

What we’ll include:

  • Your company details as provided
  • Busbud’s tax number, as applicable (CIF/NIF/VAT/TVA)
  • Trip details and amounts
