Request a detailed business/tax invoice (company details and tax ID)
We can issue a detailed invoice with your company information and our tax number when you provide the necessary billing details.
Information to include in your request:
- Company legal name (as it appears on the registry)
- Company registered billing address (street, city, postal code, country)
- Company tax identification number (e.g., VAT, CIF, NIF, NIP, TVA)
- Email address for invoice delivery
- Booking reference(s)
- Travel date(s) and passenger name(s)
- Total amount and currency (optional, helpful for verification)
- Any custom notes you require on the invoice (optional)
What we’ll include:
- Your company details as provided
- Busbud’s tax number, as applicable (CIF/NIF/VAT/TVA)
- Trip details and amounts
