What do I do if I believe credits were not properly credited to my account?

 

Remember that your Busbud Rewards credits will only show up on your account after you've taken your trip. 

 

Only tickets booked through the app (App Store or Google Play Store) earn credits.

 

You must also be logged when you book your tickets in order to accumulate your GO with Busbud credits.
