BlaBlaCarBus tickets cannot be cancelled via Busbud.
To cancel your trip, you must do so directly with BlaBlaCarBus. Upon cancellation, you will receive a BlaBlaCarBus credit that can be used exclusively on their website.

To cancel your trip:

  • Visit the BlaBlaCarBus website and enter your booking reference and email here.

  • Follow the steps to cancel your booking and receive your travel credit.

You can only cancel your BlaBlaCarBus booking up to 30 minutes before departure.

Exchanges
