Busbud’s GO rewards program has four membership levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Your membership level increases based on how much you travel each year, and with each upgrade, you unlock more savings through travel credits, allowing you to stretch your travel budget further.

Here’s how you can achieve or maintain each membership level:

  • Bronze: Simply create a Busbud account. It’s quick and easy!
  • Silver: Purchase and use 5 tickets, travel over 2,000 km, or visit 2 different countries.
  • Gold: Purchase and use 10 tickets, travel over 4,000 km, or visit 3 different countries.
  • Platinum: Purchase and use 15 tickets, travel over 6,000 km, or visit 4 different countries.

These milestones must be achieved within one calendar year to either upgrade or maintain your membership level. If you don’t meet the requirements, your membership will reset to the highest level you qualify for.
