How the GO with Busbud Loyalty Program Works

Everyone in the GO with Busbud loyalty program starts at Bronze. Over time, you can level up to Silver, Gold, or even Platinum by hitting different milestones throughout the calendar year. Want to know more? Check out the details [here].

If you don’t meet the milestones for your current level by the end of the year, you’ll move back to the level you previously earned.

Example: If you earned Silver last year, you’ll keep it for the current year. But if you use fewer than 5 tickets this year, you’ll return to Bronze next year.
