Everyone in the GO with Busbud loyalty program starts on a Bronze Membership, and over time can level up to reach Silver, Gold or Platinum. To do this, you need to achieve different milestones during a calendar year, more explained here. 

When you do not reach the different milestones during a calendar year associated with your current level, you will fall back to the one obtained.

Example: If you have obtained the Silver Membership in the previous year, you will keep this level for the current year. If you used less than 5 tickets in the current year, you will be set back to the Bronze level in the following one.
