• Your credit balance is the amount currently attributed to you, regardless of if those credits are redeemable at the moment.
  • You'll also see how many more bookings are required to unlock a reward, and when a reward is available for redeeming.
  • If you have a trip that hasn't happened yet, the credits earned on that trip will not be visible on your credit balance. Once you take the trip, the balance will be automatically updated.
