Once the ticket is generated, we can't edit any of its details. If you have entered the incorrect ID or passport number on your booking, we suggest that you contact the bus company you're travelling with to see if your ticket will be valid. Their contact information can be found in your confirmation email. 

We cannot guarantee that the bus company operating your trip will allow you to board if the information is incorrect, especially if you are booked on an international trip.
