Once you have entered your information and purchased your ticket, your ticket is automatically created with the information that you provided. We cannot change the name on your booking.
I made a typo, can I correct my name?
In most cases, your ticket will still be valid if there is a simple spelling mistake, or if you have reversed your first and last name.
- We cannot guarantee that your ticket will be accepted for travel if the information entered does not match your ID used at the time of booking.
- If you have a doubt about if your ticket is valid, we suggest that you contact the bus company directly for advice.
Please be advised that your ticket will only be valid for the person's name on the ticket.
