While every effort is put towards a seamless experience, connectivity issues may cause a booking to fail. Such problems are typically resolved promptly, so we suggest trying to book again after some time.

As part of the ticket reservation process with the trip operator, a temporary hold is placed on the required funds in your account. If the reservation fails, this amount is released back to you. Rest assured, any amount you see on your bank statement will be automatically reversed. The processing time depends on your bank. No additional steps are needed.
