No Worries—You Won’t Be Charged if Your Booking Fails

We understand that things don’t always go smoothly, but rest assured, you won’t be charged if your booking doesn’t go through.

While we strive to provide a seamless experience, sometimes connectivity issues can cause a booking to fail. When this happens, don’t worry—it’s usually resolved quickly. We recommend trying to book again after a little while.

How Payment Holds Work

As part of the booking process, a temporary hold is placed on the funds required for your ticket. This is a normal step when reserving with the trip operator. If the reservation fails, the held amount will be automatically released back to your account. You may see this amount on your bank statement, but it will be reversed without any further action needed on your part. The exact time for the reversal can vary depending on your bank, but it usually happens within a few days.

What to Do If You Don’t See the Reversa

If the held amount hasn’t been released within 5-7 business days, you can reach out to us. Our expert team is ready to help and will get back to you as soon as possible.

In most cases, the issue resolves itself, so no need to worry about being charged unnecessarily.
