Payment Issue? Here’s What You Need to Know
If you received a booking error message during checkout, you may notice a pending charge on your bank statement. Don’t worry—this does not mean you have been charged.
How Payment Holds Work
When you attempt to book a ticket, a temporary hold is placed on the necessary funds in your bank account. This is a standard step to ensure the funds are available before securing your booking. If the reservation fails for any reason, the held amount is automatically released back to you.
Depending on your bank, this reversal may take a few business days to reflect on your statement. While the pending charge might still appear temporarily, rest assured that no money has been withdrawn.
Need to Travel Soon?
If your booking attempt was unsuccessful and you are traveling soon, we recommend purchasing your ticket directly from the bus company to avoid delays. You can check their website or visit their ticket counter for alternative booking options.
Next Steps
If the pending charge does not disappear within 5–7 business days, we suggest contacting your bank for further clarification.
