- Please check your spam folder if you cannot find your booking confirmation. Sometimes emails can end up here without you knowing.
- You can access your ticket(s) directly from your confirmation email.
I booked a ticket but didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you booked a ticket but did not receive a confirmation email, be sure to check that you entered the correct email address.
- You can view the email address by checking the information displayed to you on the page after you completed your booking.
- If you entered the wrong email, you can enter another one on the “Thank You” page shown to you after your booking.
Create an account on www.busbud.com with the same email address used for your booking to access and manage your booking with ease.
