There are a few reasons why you might not have received your bus ticket. One of the reasons is that your payment failed. You can read more about failed payments in our article about bookings not working.
Here is a quick run down if your payment failed:
After a booking fails, you may notice an amount has been taken on your card. Don't worry, this is not a charge. This is a temporary authorisation for payment. It will be removed automatically in a few hours.
Please note: Some banks and some cards take more time to remove an authorisation. It can take certain banks up to 10 working days to remove an authorisation.
Here are the other common reasons why you might not have gotten your ticket:
Please make sure to check your spam folder and any other email address you might have used, as your ticket might have ended up in your spam.
You can download our mobile apps for Android or iPhone and log into your account using the same email address that you used for your booking.
You can also create an account on www.busbud.com with the same email address that you used for your booking.
All your bookings, including previous tickets, will be available there :)
