Your ticket is only valid for the time and date you purchased it for. If your ticket is exchangeable, you can exchange it as per the policy shown on your booking.
If your ticket is non-exchangeable, you cannot board an earlier bus.
If you arrive at the bus station early, we suggest that you head to the bus company desk to see if they can make an exception.
