Seat selection varies depending on the trip operator you are planning to travel with. Some operators offer seat selection at the time of booking, while others have pre-assigned seats or no selection available. Whenever an operator offers the option to select your seat, you will be able to choose your seat before paying for your ticket.

Please note, seat selection depends on the given availability at the time of booking. While we do our best to honour your seat selection, we don't manage seat maps and cannot guarantee the availability of specific seats. 


Where can I choose my seat?

  • Once you have selected your journey, you will be able to choose a seat on the checkout page.
  • If the operator allows seat selection, you can select "Choose a seat".
  • You will see a seat map with the availability of your trip. Select the one that best fits your needs.


Can I change my seat?

Once you have selected your seat, you cannot select another seat. Unfortunately, we cannot modify your seat selection. If you need to change your seat, we suggest that you get in touch with the operator of your trip directly to see if they can offer you a change. You can also ask a fellow passenger on the day of your trip if they want to swap seats with you. Most people are more than happy to help!
