How to exchange your ticket!

If you have a ticket that allows exchanges, you can request to change the date or time of your trip by directly contacting the bus or train company. Please keep in mind that changing the departure or arrival locations is not permitted.

You can find out in the Terms & Conditions of your ticket if a ticket exchange can be done. In the “Boarding Requirements” section of the confirmation email, there's a link to see your Terms & Conditions or you can also access all your booking information through your Busbud account.  Please note, you must log in or sign up with the same email address you used during the booking.

If you would like to request an exchange, please reach out to the bus company directly. You can click here to access their contact information. Busbud cannot modify or exchange your booking.

It's important to note that you can only request an exchange within the specified timeframe outlined in the exchange policy of your booking.

Are there any exchange fees for my ticket?

Some bus companies may charge fees for ticket exchanges. All fees associated with exchanging your ticket are specified in the terms and conditions of your purchase and would need to be paid directly to the operator.
