Traveling with the Correct ID
It is crucial to travel with the same ID that you used during your booking. For instance, if you used your passport to book your ticket, make sure you carry that same passport when you travel.
Which ID Should I Use?
When booking a ticket on Busbud, you can choose from the following IDs:
- Passport
- National ID card
- Driver's license
You can select any of these options based on what is available to you, but ensure that you travel with the same ID you used for booking. Even if your ID is not checked at the station, it is important to have it with you, especially for international trips.

On Domestic Routes
For domestic travel, a driver’s license, provincial/state medicare card, military ID, passport, or any other valid government-issued photo ID will be acceptable.
