Please note that Busbud can never directly exchange your bus ticket. That is because once a ticket is generated, we cannot edit the ticket, as only the bus companies have access to their reservation systems.
However, if you want to travel on a different date or time, you still have a few options, as long as the terms and conditions of your ticket allow exchanges and/or refunds:
- You can cancel your ticket and rebook the correct ticket, if your ticket is refundable. Please check the terms and conditions to make sure your ticket falls into that category.
- Many bus companies allow exchanges over the phone or at the bus station. There may be a fee associated with an exchange. You will find all of this information on the terms and conditions of your purchase.
Only the date and time on a ticket can be edited, the departure city, destination city, name on ticket or any other information will not be able to be edited by neither Busbud or the bus company.
Busbud can under no circumstances, exchange, modify, or edit a ticket. If the terms and conditions of your ticket allow exchanges then, the bus company MUST be contacted directly for exchanges.
