How to Use Your Busbud Credits

 

If you have Busbud credits from a previous cancellation or promotion, you can easily apply them toward your next trip during the checkout process.

 

How to Apply Credits

  1. Log In: Ensure you are logged into your Busbud account using the email address associated with your credits. You can log in here: https://www.busbud.com/en/account/signin 

  2. Select your trip: Choose your preferred departure and proceed to the passenger information page.

  3. Change Payment Method: At the bottom of the checkout screen, click the blue button labeled "Change payment method"

     

  4. Review Travel Add-ons: You may see a screen for travel extras. Continue to the payment information section.

  5. Apply Credits: Under "Payment Information," you will see your available Busbud Credits. Click the blue "Apply" button next to the credit amount.

 

6. Confirm Total: The total price will update automatically. If your credits cover the full amount, the "Pay" button will show $0. If there is a remaining balance, you can pay the difference with your preferred payment method.
