How to Log In to Your Busbud Account

As of recently, Busbud no longer supports Facebook login. However, your account remains active, and your booking history is safe. Depending on how you previously accessed your account, you have several easy options to log back in.

 

1. Continue with Google or Apple

If your Facebook account was linked to a Gmail or Apple ID email address, you can use our one-click login options:

  • On the login page, select "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple".

  • This will sign you in instantly without requiring a manual password.

 

2. Log in via Email Address

You can always access your account using the specific email address associated with your original sign-up.

  • Don't have a password? If you previously only used Facebook and never created a Busbud-specific password, simply click "Forgot my password".

  • We will send a password reset link to your inbox, allowing you to create a secure login for future use.

 

3. Account Recovery Support

If you no longer have access to the email address or phone number linked to your account, or if you are having trouble identifying which email you used, our team is here to help.

Pro Tip: Once logged in, you can update your contact preferences and manage your upcoming trips directly from your Account Settings.
