If you have decided to delete your Busbud account we would love to know if there's anything we can do to improve the Busbud experience. If you have any suggestions, please do let us know. We are always looking for ways to improve your experience.
If you want to delete your Busbud account:
- Email us at support@busbud.com and let us know that you would like to delete your account.
- One of our friendly customer experience agents will get in touch with you and process your request.
If you want to delete the information associated with your account (General Data Protection Regulation, or, GDPR):
- Select the option "Export or delete all my personal data" here.
- Fill out the information and wait for one of our friendly customer experience agents to contact you to let you know that your request has been processed.
