Sometimes buses experience delays due to issues outside the control of the bus company. All departure and arrive times on Busbud are estimates only, and are subject to change.
My bus is late, what should I do?
First thing's first, we suggest you double-check the address on your booking or in your ticket to make sure you are at the correct address. If you are at the correct address and your bus has still not arrived, first contact your bus company to ask for an update.
Some bus companies have online bus trackers that allow you to track your bus in real-time.
