Once you cancel your booking from your Busbud account you should receive your refund within a few business days, usually within 5 days. Sometimes, it may take longer to receive your refund, depending on:
- Your bank.
- The payment method used when you purchased your ticket.
How will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund via the same payment method you used when you booked your ticket. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you via an alternative payment method.
