Why do I see a charge from Busbud if my booking failed?
We never charge you for a failed booking. Sometimes, when a booking fails you may see a temporary hold placed on your funds. However, the moment that your booking fails, this amount is automatically released back to you.
When will the temporary authorization be returned to me?
Immediately. As soon as the booking fails, the temporary authorization is released from Busbud and sent back to your original payment method. This can take up to a few business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
