AISA Group personnel will provide the necessary attention and help to persons with reduced mobility (PMR), at stations and in vehicles, provided that the safety of the individual or of the rest of the users is not jeopardized. People with disabilities or reduced mobility may request in advance an adapted vehicle at the time they make their ticket reservation.
Access will be limited in cases in which:
- In order to comply with security requirements, due to the occupation of the service and / or characteristics of the trip, access to it is not consistent.
- When the design of the vehicle or infrastructure, including stops and bus stations, makes physically embarking, disembarking or moving the person safely and operationally viable.
People traveling with walkers will be able to access and disembark from the vehicle through the most appropriate door, either front or rear, using the appropriate accessibility system for this (ramp or vehicle kneeling system). Inside the passenger compartment, people with reduced mobility should preferably be accommodated in the reserved seats and immobilize the walker in the reserved area of the central platform to avoid causing inconvenience.
At stations, free assistance will be available to people with disabilities and people with reduced mobility, as well as access to buses and coaches, provided that the need for such assistance is notified at least 48 hours in advance.
