When your ADO ticket is exchangeable, the following conditions apply:
- ADO tickets are only exchangeable at ADO ticket counters.
- You must have the ticket already printed.
- Only the passenger can ask for an exchange and must present a valid passport.
- You must provide the ADO ticket agent with the following Busbud email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- If the new ticket price has increased, you will have to pay the difference.
- The difference paid for the new ticket is not refundable.
Exchanges are only possible up until 1 hour before the scheduled bus departure.
