Can I exchange my ticket?
This depends on the policies of your ticket, please check it out on your paper ticket.
If it doesn't say anything then it means that you can exchange directly at the station. Here is how it works: Make sure you go to the bus station at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure. You will be able to exchange it directly at the counter!
If you can't go to the station and your tickets allow cancellations we can cancel/refund it and then you can buy a new one with the right date/time. Please send us an email to email@example.com.
Can I cancel my ticket?
This depends on the policies of your ticket, please check it out on your paper ticket. If it doesn't say anything then it means that we can cancel your ticket. However depending on how long before your departure you request the cancellation there might be some fees associated:
Over 48 hours before departure: no fee
Between 24 and 48 hours before departure: 10% fee
Between 24 and 12 hours before departure: 20% fee
Less than 12 hours before departure, there's no refund.
Make sure to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure. We will process the cancellation and refund for you!

Do I need to print my ticket?
If this is a domestic trip within Spain, you don't need to print your ticket! You can just show your ID plus your PDF ticket on your mobile device or show your locator number. You can find your locator on the ticket here:
If you are travelling internationally you do need your printed ticket!
How much luggage can I take with me?
You can take 1 checked in piece of baggage weighing no more than 30kg and 1 standard sized carry-on. Additional baggage can be brought on board for a fee and must be paid for at the station.
For international routes the weight limit is 25kg.
How can I pay for my ticket?

Can I take my bicycle?
You are allowed to bring sports equipment such as bicycle or a surf board with you under certain conditions. It must be packed in a travel case in order to not dammage other people's luggage. For bikes you need to pay a supplement at the station. You can only take 1 bike per passenger.
For international routes you can only take your bike on Spain-Morocco or Spain-Portugal lines.
Can I take my pet?
We are sorry but the Law prohibits the transport of any animals in the passenger area except guide dogs. Dogs, cats and other small pets are allowed on national trips as long as they are transported in rigid pet carriers and, depending on the company, sedated. They will always travel on the coach's boot. They must weight less than 10kg. Only one pet is allowed per bus and there's a fee of 50% the price of your ticket.
It is totally forbidden to travel with pets on international trips.
Can children travel alone?
On international trips, children under 16 years of age must travel accompanied by an adult legal guardian. Youngsters aged between 16 and 18 years may travel without a guardian, but need a passport and police authorization to travel.
In national lines, the travelling conditions for unaccompanied youngsters vary depending on the carrier company. Most companies will allow children 16 and over to travel, but some might be more restrictive.
