At Busbud, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers above all else. As wildfires continue to affect different regions of Canada, we understand the concerns and potential disruptions this may cause to your travel plans. Rest assured, we are closely monitoring the situation in collaboration with our partners who operate the buses and trains in these regions.

Trip Cancellations and Refunds

If your trip is cancelled by the trip operator due to the wildfires, you will be provided with a full refund. We will be working continuously to refund the affected tickets as soon as we receive the official cancellation notice from our partners.

We strongly recommend staying informed about the affected regions by referring to official updates from local authorities & news sources. If unsure if your route will be running, please reach our directly to the Bus or Train company operating your trip. You can find their contact information on your ticket, in your Busbud confirmation email, or here.

If you want to cancel your ticket beforehand, the normal Terms & Conditions of your ticket will apply. If your existing T&C's do not permit cancellations or full refunds, it will be necessary for you to directly contact the Bus or Train operator and seek an exception through them due to the situation, which will be subject to their discretion.
