How do I arrange assistance for my journey?
If you are wheelchair user or have any other disability please send an email to addl@nationalexpress.com at least 36 hours before you are due to travel.
Wheelchairs are not classified as oversized items and will be transported free of charge.
Make sure to state your name and date of travel in the subject heading.
If you are travelling in less than 36hrs please call the following number 03717 818181 (or 0044 3717 818181 from overseas) between 8am and 10pm, 7 days a week.
A textphone is provided for customers who are deaf or hard of hearing on 0121 622 2717 (or 0044 121 622 2717 from overseas)
Can I book the front seat on a coach?
For customers that require mobility assistance, the front seat may be reserved behind the driver or opposite the driver by calling our contact centre with your ticket details.
Front seats are available on a first come first serve basis.
Is luggage assistance provided?
The drivers and staff will assist with the loading of your luggage on and off the coach, but for items weighing over 20kg you may be asked to load them yourself.
