Two pieces of luggage, 20kg each, and one carry-on.
You may take one or two medium sized suitcases/rucksacks onto a service (weighing no more than 20kg each) free of charge, and one small piece of soft hand luggage.
If you ask yourself the question, a medium sized suitcase is defined as not exceeding: Height 70cm x Width 30cm x Depth 45cm.
Hand luggage means something that can be stored in the overhead rack or beneath your seat.
Extra luggage will incur a fee and must not be too big and will be allowed, subject to space and at extra charge as priority will be given to customers travelling with luggage within the free limits.
Height, width or depth of these extra items must not be bigger than 85cm.
Oversized items such as skis, snowboards, surfboards and bike will incur a fee of 8£ for a one-way and 12£ for a roundtrip.
Make sure to give yourself plenty of time and properly package these items when traveling!
