You’ve made a mistake on your Greyhound booking? You would like to change your departure? Here’s how to do it:
Please note that all Greyhound tickets bought on Busbud are non-refundable.
However, they are exchangeable!
Therefore, in order to proceed to an exchange, you will need to go directly in person at any Greyhound station and ask for an exchange at the counter. This has to be done prior to departure time on the original ticket. You will need to show your reference number and a piece of ID. Also, Greyhound usually charges 20$ for this procedure.
Note that only the time/date can be exchanged, but not the departure or arrival location or the name on the ticket!
If you are in the impossibility to go in person at the station before your scheduled departure time, you must get in touch with Greyhound directly:

Also, it is important to know that Busbud can never directly exchange your bus ticket. Greyhound has to be contacted directly!
