Greyhound has two types of tickets: Print Your Ticket(s) or Pick Up at the Station. You will be able to select which type of ticket you wish to obtain when booking on Busbud.
Print Your Ticket(s),
If you choose this ticket type, you must print your ticket in order to board the bus. Without a printed ticket, you will be refused on board.
A ticket presented on your mobile phone will not be accepted - you will not be allowed to board the bus by just showing your confirmation email.

Greyhound representatives at bus stations will not print your tickets and most bus stations do not have printing facilities.
Pick Up at the Station
If you choose this option, then you must present yourself at the Greyhound counter before departure time in order to print your ticket2. Make sure to have your booking number with you (8 digits number) in order to access your booking and print your ticket(s) and a valid piece of photo ID.
Please note that if you chose the Pick Up at the Station option, Busbud cannot generate nor send you a ticket. Only the Greyhound personnel can print it for you at the station.
