We email your booking confirmation to you 15-20 min after finalizing your purchase.
There are a few reasons why you might not have received your bus ticket.
The most common reasons are:
- There is a typo in your email address: To make your booking easier, you don't have to create an account before purchasing a ticket. Unfortunately, due to this we can't identify if the email address you typed is incorrect. But don't worry, if you contact us we will be able to fix it for you and resend you your tickets.
- Your payment failed. You can read more about failed payments in our article about failed bookings.
Here is a quick run down if your payment failed:
After a booking fails, you may notice an amount has been taken on your card. Don't worry, this is not a charge. This is a temporary authorization for payment. It will be removed automatically in a few hours.
Please note: Some banks and some cards take more time to remove an authorization. It can take certain banks up to 10 working days to remove an authorization.
Here are the other common reasons why you might not have received your ticket:
Please check your spam folder and any other email address you may have used, as your ticket may have ended up in your spam folder.
You can download our mobile app for Android or iPhone and log into your account using the same email address that you used for your booking.
You can also create an account on www.busbud.com with the same email address that you used for your booking.
All your bookings, including previous ones, will be available there :)
