At Busbud, we welcome everyone! However, please make sure to give a heads up to the company you’re travelling with so they can make your trip as comfortable as possible.
If you have booked a ticket on Busbud and you are using a wheelchair, have limited mobility, or will need assistance to get on or off the bus, you may need to notify the bus company you are travelling with in advance so they can make arrangements.
The vast majority of the bus companies we work with are committed to accessibility and will be happy to make arrangements for you or the person you are travelling with.
That being said, it is essential that you ask for assistance at each location where you need help, including each driver if you have different drivers for multiple legs of your trip.
Please contact the bus company you are travelling with directly to let them know about your needs. If you can’t find their information, we can help you get in touch with them.
