Busbud offers account credits as a flexible way to manage refunds and rewards. Unlike standard loyalty rewards, account credits granted through our protection services or exceptional circumstances can be used across all platforms.

Refund For Any Reason (RFAR) Credits

If you purchased the Refund For Any Reason add-on, you can receive 100% of your ticket value back as Busbud credits for non-refundable or partially refundable fares.

Visibility: These credits are added directly to your Busbud account.
Redemption: Credits are visible and redeemable at checkout when booking another trip on busbud.com or the mobile app.

How to Access Your Credits

If you don't already have a Busbud account, you can create one here.

Please ensure you sign up with the same email address used to book your original tickets so your credits are correctly linked to your profile.

Terms and Usage

Universal Use: Use your credits on the website or via our app.
Fast Processing: If you select "Refund to Credits" for an eligible refundable fare, the amount is issued instantly to your Busbud Wallet.
Validity: Credits issued under "Refund to Credits" are typically valid for two years from the date of issuance.
