If your Movelia booking is cancellable, you can cancel your ticket as per the terms and conditions directly via your Busbud account.
What happens if I already exchanged my ticket?
If you exchanged your ticket directly with the bus company, you will have to go directly to the bus station to ask for a refund. Once you exchange your ticket, cancellations cannot be done online.
