My trip was cancelled, what do I do?
We are very sorry to hear your trip was cancelled! We understand how frustrating and disruptive cancellations can be, especially when you’ve made plans and preparations for your travels.
Trip operators will often re-book you on the next available trip. If not, they will provide either a voucher for future travel, or authorize a refund of your booking.
Trip operators will often reach out to us directly to process your refund to your original method of payment. No worries, when processing your refund, we will also refund your booking fee. There is no cost for you when your bus gets canceled.
